Student success is my life commitment; I do this by not only developing techniques and building strong educational relationships with my students, but by supporting my colleagues personal development and encouraging them to take the next step in academic excellence for our students. I lead by listening, analyzing, and taking action; always open to feedback and uplifting those I lead. My fluency in Arabic and English and my community-building in the UAE’s academic scene via my academic networking platform ‘EEP’ gives me wide reach and influence. My 8 years of experience as a teacher, and Leader in UAE schools gives me honed educational methodology and teaching skills. These experiences keep me looking for the next challenge and feeds my motivation for academic excellence.
