We are seeking an experienced Arabic leader to join our amazing team in Dubai.
Working alongside the senior leadership team, the ideal candidate will have:
Experience of leading an Arabic department, preferably across primary and secondary, in the UAE
A proven track record of raising attainment in Arabic across key stages
The knowledge and understanding to promote and support outstanding teaching and learning across the whole school in Arabic
Qualities of a team player
A commitment to providing exciting and purposeful learning opportunities for all children
The drive and enthusiasm to inspire, nurture and empower students and colleagues and knowledge to provide continuing professional develpoment across all aspects of teaching and learning
Experience of leading and managing curriculum development in Arabic, as well as the ability to confidently and rigorously monitor attainment and progress across primary and secondary
A track record of excellent learning and teaching in Arabic, and the ability to create a nurturing and safe learning environment
Qualification and Experience Required:
In accordance with UAE regulations, applicants must have any of the following set of qualifications:
Proficient Level of English
Relevant KHDA Approval
A relevant degree with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education with QTS or equivalent
At least 3 years of senior leadership experience in the subject of Arabic
